On arrival please note that a credit card imprint must be provided. All credit card payments incur a surcharge of 1.5% however on departure there is also the option to pay any incidentals during your stay by cash or eftpos which incur no additional surcharges.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: Please note that a copy of your Drivers License (Australian Residents) or Passport (International Travellers) is required upon arrival.

When planning your stay, please be aware that our check-in time is from 2pm and the check-out time on your day of departure is 10am.

**Advance Purchase Rate** - if you have purchased an advance purchase rate please note that this is fully non-refundable! No cancellations are permitted for any reason. It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance.

**Reservations Over Peak Time**
Reservations from 24 December - 06 January and any reservations the cancellation policy will differ as follows: If this reservation is amended or cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation revenue per room will apply. This will also apply in the event of a non-arrival.

**Standard Reservations**
If you have not paid an Advance Purchase Rate and if your reservation does not state that is is non-refundable then your cancellation policy is: If this reservation is amended or cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent of one night accommodation revenue per room will apply.
