Directions to Car Park - Turn left into Albert street from Adelaide Street (Albert Street looks like part of the mall and is a share zone with pedestrians), from Albert street, turn right into Burnett Lane, drive 3/4 of the way up the laneway and you will find the Hotel Car Park driveway. Terms & Conditions

The Credit Card used to make the booking is to guarantee the room only, the Credit Card will not be charged until check out, alternatively, you are able to change your method of payment at time of check out to Cash or EFTPOS.

The Hotel requires a Credit Card imprint on arrival as a pre authorisation of funds. The Hotel will hold $100 as a security holding on the card until check out time. The Hotel may also ask to sight a valid Driver’s Licence or passport at check in time.

Cash Policy - It is possible to pay for your account using Cash or EFTPOS. Hotel Cash policy - If the guest does not have a Credit Card to pre authorise on check in, the Hotel will ask for cash or EFTPOS at time of check in.

The Hotel will require all accommodation to be paid upfront along with an extra $100 which is kept as a security bond. The security bond is refunded at time of check out if there are no other charges on the guest account.
