PAYMENT POLICY: FIRST NIGHT + ANY EXTRAS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL.
If you do not wish to settle the remaining balance of your booking on arrival, a credit card imprint of the remaining balance will be required before you are able to check in to your room.
If the credit card details provided for the deposit are found to be invalid, the hotel will allow 48 hours for a new card to be given. If no charge can be made from the original or new card given, the booking will be cancelled.
CHECK-IN POLICY: A VALID CREDIT CARD AND IDENTIFICATION IN THE SAME NAME THAT THE ROOM WAS BOOKED UNDER WILL BE REQUIRED OF THAT PERSON ON ARRIVAL.
If the credit card and/or identification presented on arrival are not in the same name of the booking, or if the person checking in is not the person who's name the room was booked under, check-in to the room will be denied.
The credit card used to pay the deposit will need to be sighted upon check in.
If your booking includes dates between 29th December and 1st January inclusive, a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of your stay will be taken when the booking is made.
THE DEPOSIT OF THE FIRST NIGHT HAS NO FEES OR SURCHARGES ATTACHED TO THE RATE. A SURCHARGE WILL APPLY TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE AT THE RECEPTION DESK.
VISA/MASTERCARD: 2%.
AMERICAN EXPRESS: 3%.
There is no surcharge for cash or eftpos payments. All deposit charges for the first night will not incur a credit card surcharge and will be free from any booking fees or charges. Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO 2PM ON YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge of the first night booked.
Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges.
Guests with Benefits loyalty bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to 2pm on the arrival date. Any booking modifications within 24 hours of 2pm of the arrival date will incur a charge of the first night booked.
FREE CANCELLATION POLICY
The optional $5 nightly extra charge for the Free Cancellation Policy is non refundable itself. Please note the free cancellation policy optional extra for $5 per night is not usable for New Year's Eve 2011/2012. You cannot use this policy to override the non-refundable policy that affects 29th Dec 2011 - 1st Jan 2012 (inclusive). If you purchase this extra for any of these nights the $5 will be refunded to you, if charged at all.
