We do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" from 17 November 2012 until 1 December 2012.

Full payment is required at time of booking via credit card. The full amount will be deducted from the provided credit card within 12 hours of the booking being made.

A 1% surcharge will apply to Mastercard and Visa credit card transactions, and a 3% surcharge will apply to Amex credit card transactions.

Upon arrival to the hotel photo identification and a credit card pre-authorisation or $200 cash deposit are required. The credit card pre-authorisation will be released after checking out of the hotel. Cash deposit will be refunded at reception when checking out.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Once full payment has been made, there will be no refund. All amendments made will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100% cancellation fee.
